This is one of my favorite pictures, but there are many because our photographer did such a good job! I'll put a few more down below (spotty internet connection permitting...). Here is a short list of exciting things that happened in the last two weeks:

we (mostly) unpacked
our oven door spontaneously exploded
we hosted four guests in our new house
we cooked for 13 people
Oliver charmed the socks off everybody
Sara's dress got fixed, broken, fixed, broken, and then fixed again
I got a poorly-timed bout of digestive sickness
we got married!
we went on a relaxing honeymoon in Madison, IN!
I was "trained" as an associate instructor for the 9th time (of 10! so close....)
school started.

There was more perfection than we ever could have expected or anticipated during the two days of intense wedding stuff, and we're very happy.

Does normal life begin now? Hard to say--we still have lots of unpacking/repacking/arranging to do in the basement, as well as lots of random odd jobs around the house. And then there are Sara's exams, and all our travel in October.... but these things are normal life, right? I think there was maybe a period of 4-6 months when I felt there weren't any apartment projects hanging over my head in my old place, and I lived there 4 years.

More pictures!

Beautiful, and congrats again from Mike and I. I wish we could have been there to celebrate with you two, but we did think of you while we were in St. Louis.

P.S. Don't eat year-old cake if you can avoid it this time next year, especially if fresh is available :) Or, barring that, make sure to take off any decorations now. Especially wire-reinforced ribbons. Nobody likes rusty cake.

Tim and Sara,

Thanks for posting these great pictures of a glorious weekend. We feel truly blessed that you found each other. Thank you for all the care and energy you poured into this joyful coming together of family and friends. We will remember it forever.

We hope to get a copy of that CD of photos from you soon. Lots of love,

Dad Chenette
