Oh, my, those mountains are SO beautiful! And the sky is amazing, too. The people pictures are equally wonderful. Miriam seems to mature with each day.
Forgot to mention the tofu---looks so good it could be dessert! Can you make it into a form of creme brulee w/o the creme???
