I'm sure this is old hat to anyone west of here (and soon to those east as well), but this is now:



It started basically in the space of about 5 minutes and was pouring sheets virtually right away--pretty impressive.

In the meantime, I'm still working on this paper ("Hexachords and Pitch-space in the 14th Century: How Awesome is That"). It's really hard to work on a long project in all your free time, and I'm definitely not succeeding at that.

No, Nate, it represents the heat wave that swept across Indiana, bringing us lows in the 20s for the next week.
