Yesterday I made a fancy meal:

Appetizer: Baked brie in individual puff pastries

Main course: Roasted asparagus, Beef in a balsamic vinegar reduction with carmelized onions

Dessert: Chocolate oblivion with strawberries

I really think I need to set up a restaurant, not go into music theory...

I'd eat at your restaurant, Tim! But only if you have cool water pitchers at the tables.
